If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, contact Pondy Diecast on WhatsApp with your order ID and photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.

Keep the original packaging while your request is reviewed. Any approved refund will be processed through the original payment method. Payment screenshots do not establish payment confirmation.

Detailed return eligibility and processing timelines will be published before online sales open. Applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.
